The Company announces that it sold its remaining holding of 410,002 ordinary   
shares in AeroBox Plc ("AeroBox") at a price of 8.25 pence per share on 4      
November 2005. In the Company's report and accounts for the year ended 30 April
2005, the Company's shareholding in AeroBox was valued at 8.32 pence per share.
Therefore, this disposal represents a small loss on disposal of �287.          
                                                                               
The funds raised from the disposal will be used to develop further the         
Company's strategy in the hotels and licensed premises sector.
