Invocas, one of the UK's leading providers of personal and corporate debt 
solutions, makes the following announcement regarding board changes. 
 
 
Stephen Lightley, is stepping down as Chief Executive and has today left the 
Group.  David Macmillan, a non-executive director since November 2007, has been 
appointed Chief Executive with immediate effect. 
 
 
David brings a wealth of experience to Invocas. He has a successful track-record 
of getting businesses to deliver profitable growth through a resolute focus on 
customer satisfaction, brand differentiation and process efficiency. 
 
 
David has built his career to date within the financial services industry, 
working across the life and pensions, retail banking, insurance and software 
sectors. He has honed his business development skills through a variety of 
challenging roles, encompassing the major disciplines of customer service, 
strategy, marketing, sales and change, in a range of start-up, turnaround and 
growth situations.
