Invocas has been notified that David Macmillan, Chief Executive Officer of the 
Company, today acquired a further 67,956 ordinary shares in the Company at a 
price of 26p per share. 
 
 
Accordingly, Mr Macmillan's shareholding in Invocas is 138,000 ordinary shares 
representing 0.48 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
