Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2010 and notice of Annual 
                                General Meeting 
 
 
 Invu plc ("Invu" or the "Company"), (INVU.L) the document management software 
provider, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 
January 2010 are now available on its website, www.invu.net. 
In addition to the above, the Company announces that the Annual General Meeting 
will be held at  held at the Company's offices at The Beren, Blisworth Hill 
Farm, Stoke Road, Blisworth, Northamptonshire NN7 3DB at 10.00 a.m. on 21 June 
2010. Full details of all the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are more 
particularly described in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice"). 
 
The Annual Report and Accounts together with the Notice are being posted to 
shareholders today, 28 May 2010.
