Invu plc ("the Company") today announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2011 are available on its website, www.invu.net, and are, where shareholders have requested a hard copy, being posted to shareholders.

The Company has today also made available on its website, www.invu.net, the notice of General Meeting and Annual General Meeting, together with Forms of Proxy for each meeting and a letter concerning in future sending or supplying documents and information via the website. These documents are also being posted to shareholders. Full details of all the resolutions to be proposed at the meetings to be held on 29 July 2011 at 15.00 and 15.15 respectively at The Beren, Blisworth Hill Farm, Stoke Road, Blisworth, Northamptonshire, NN7 3DB are more particularly described in the Notice.
