PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 APRIL 2012

The Board of IPSO (AIM:IPS) announces that, following the announcements made earlier today by the Company, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2012 have today been published and sent to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts incorporates a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 10:30 a.m. on 21 January 2013 at the offices of DMH Stallard LLP, 6 New Street Square, New Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 3BF.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's 'Investors' section of their website, www.ipsoventures.com, pursuant to AIM Rule 26 and will also be availablefrom the registered office at Suite 3, 1(st) Floor, 1 Duchess Street, London W1W 6AN.

Following publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, it is expected that the Company's ordinary shares will be restored to trading on AIM with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 31 December 2012.
