                               Additional Listing



IRC announces that it has applied for the admission of 4,045,713 new ordinary
shares of 35 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company to
trading on AIM.

The admission is being made pursuant to the additional consideration provisions
of the acquisition agreement in respect of the acquisition of Individual
Restaurant Company Limited by Bank Restaurant Group plc (now IRC), notified on
22 December 2006.  The additional consideration shares will be issued at 105
pence per share as detailed in the AIM Admission Document in respect of the
transaction published on 27 November 2006.
