    Directors' Share Dealings

    IRC announces that on 7 July 2008 its Chief Executive Officer, Mr Steven Walker, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 35 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 
    60p per share. Following this purchase Mr Walker now has a beneficial interest in 6,249,632 
    Ordinary Shares in IRC, representing 15.8% of the issued share capital.
