Confirmation of ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited (IRET) change of name to Picton Property Income Limited

Further to the Result of AGM announcement made by ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited (the "Company") on 26th May, the Board of directors can confirm that the Company's name will be changed to Picton Property Income Limited ("Picton") with effect from 1 June 2011. The Company's new ticker code will be "PCTN".

Shareholders should note that the Company's ISIN will remain unchanged.

Documentation relating to the approval by shareholders at the AGM of the name change has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
