As previously detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 2 April 2004, the
Reclassified Shares, being the Intrinsic Value ordinary 1p shares with "A"
Rights and the Intrinsic Value ordinary 1p shares with "B" Rights, have been
suspended as of 8.00 am today.
