The Issuer wishes to advise that the announcement made on 31 August 2010, 
showed an incorrect issued share capital for the Global Equity share class. The 
correct number is detailed below. 
 
HEADLINE: Correction: Voting Rights and Capital 
 
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R we would like to 
notify the market that Invesco Perpetual Select Trust plc's issued share 
capital consists of: 
 
  * 38,544,201 UK Equity Shares of 1p each plus 4,616,000 UK Equity Shares held 
    in Treasury; 
 
  * 32,283,164 Global Equity Shares of 1p each plus 2,960,000 Global Equity 
    Shares held in Treasury; 
 
  * 13,286,086 Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each plus 1,709,000 Hedge Fund Shares 
    held in Treasury; and 
 
- 11,653,480 Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each plus 2,005,500 Managed 
Liquidity shares held in Treasury. 
 
The number of votes per share of each class will, however, vary with the net 
asset value of the respective underlying portfolio and is determined in 
accordance with the following formula: 
 
V = A ÷ B 
 
Where: 
 
V is the number of votes for each share of a particular class; 
 
A is the portfolio NAV for the relevant share class; and 
 
B is the number of shares of the relevant class in issue (excluding Treasury 
shares). 
 
The value of A ÷ B (the net asset value per share) for each class is calculated 
and announced (expressed in pence) daily in the case of UK Equity Shares, 
Global Equity Shares and Managed Liquidity Shares and weekly in the case of the 
Hedge Fund Shares.
