                                Board Appointment 
 
Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high-performance 
solar cells and modules, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dacheng 
Wu as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. 
 
Mr. Wu, 57, has considerable experience in the PV industry and is an expert who 
has been awarded with the PRC State Council Special Allowance.  Mr. Wu is the 
Deputy Director and Secretary of the Solar Photovoltaic Committee of the China 
Renewable Energy Society, the Deputy Director of the Renewable Energy Committee 
of the China Association of Resource Comprehensive Utilisation, the Secretary of 
the Solar PV Enterprise Working Committee and a consultant to the New Energy 
Lighting Committee affiliated to the China Illuminating EngineeringSociety. 
 
He was previously Head of the Qinghai Provincial New Energy Research Institute 
and held the position of Executive Office Director of the PRC National 
Development and Reform Committee / World Bank / Global Environment Facility 
China Renewable Energy Development Program. He has won around 20 awards for his 
work in science and technology within the renewable energy industry including 
the China Solar Photovoltaic Trina Quality Award in September 2008. 
 
For corporate governance purposes, Mr. Wu is considered to be an independent 
non-executive Director.  There are no further disclosures required to be made 
under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
