                      Resignation of Non-Executive Director 
 
The Board of Japan Leisure Hotels Limited announces that Mr William Hunter, a 
Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board of the 
Company, in order to pursue other interests. Mr Hunter's resignation will take 
effect on 30 June 2010.  The Board is actively engaged in searching for suitable 
candidates to replace Mr Hunter. 
Alan Clifton, Chairman of Japan Leisure Hotels, commented: 
"We would like to thank Bill for his significant contribution over the last two 
years.  His advice and industry knowledge at the time of the Company's IPO and 
subsequently were extremely valuable.  We wish him every success for the 
future."
