Discount-triggered Redemption Mechanism

Further to the announcement of 20 January 2016 the Board of the Company now confirms during the period from 1 November 2015 to 31 January 2016 the Company's shares have traded at an average discount of over 5 per cent to the cum income net asset value.

The Board is mindful of the Company's prospectus commitment to make a redemption offer giving shareholders the opportunity to redeem up to 50 per cent. of their shares and will make a further announcement shortly.
