Results of the First

Extraordinary General Meeting

22 April 2016

Following the First Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held today in Guernsey, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put to shareholders were passed by the requisite majorities. These resolutions:

   i)        waived the requirement to implement a redemption offer in accordance with the Articles, 
   ii)       modified the Investment Objective and Policy, and

iii) waived the requirement to prepare an annual report and audited accounts for the financial year ended 31 January 2016.

The revised investment Objective and Policy is as follows:

"The Company will seek to realise all existing assets in the Company's portfolio with a view to maximising the return of invested capital to Shareholders in an orderly manner.

Any cash received by the Company as part of the realisation process, but prior to its distribution to Shareholders, will be held by the Company as cash on deposit and/or as cash equivalents.

The Company will not undertake borrowing other than for short-term working capital purposes. The Company will not use derivatives other than for the purposes of currency hedging for non-Sterling assets."
