The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has reached agreement to sell 100% of its portfolio of loan assets. The current published NAV is therefore calculated on the basis of the value received, or expected to be received, on completion of the relevant sales.

As previously announced, Shareholders will be asked to approve resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 21 June 2016, to wind up the Company and appoint Linda Maree Johnson and Ashley Charles Paxton of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as the Company's Liquidators. It is expected that the Liquidators will be able to distribute a substantial portion of the surplus assets of the Company within a short period following the commencement of the voluntary liquidation of the Company.
