DECLARATION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND

14 June 2012

The Board of Justice has resolved to distribute, by way of an interim dividend, to the holders of Justice ordinary shares all of the shares of common stock of Justice Delaware Holdco Inc. (to be renamed Burger King Worldwide, Inc.) which will be held by Justice on the date the interim dividend will be paid, with each such Justice shareholder receiving one Burger King Worldwide, Inc. share for each Justice ordinary share held. The dividend is expected to be paid in the next 30 days to holders on the register at the close of business on 15 June 2012.
