  Appointment of a New Company Secretary and New Director




  Keydata Aim VCT 2 Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Brookes as Company Secretary with effect from 11 August 2009. He replaces Craig McNeil who has left the company. Stuart, aged 40, is the Finance and Operations Director of Hargreave Hale Limited which provides investment management services to the Company.




  The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Giles Hargreave as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 August 2009. Giles, aged 60, is Chief Executive of Hargreave Hale Limited.
