Admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 13,079,106 Cell
Shares to be admitted to the Official List following conversion of the
Company's C shares. Application has also been made for such Cell Shares to be
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission
will be effective and that dealing in the new Cell Shares will commence on 8
September 2008.

Accordingly, with effect from 8 September 2008, the Company's issued share
capital will be 59,899,105 Cell Shares. The total number of voting rights in
the Company is 59,649,105 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for calculations by which they will determine whether they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
