 1. Further to the Corporation's immediate report of February 4, 2007, the
    Corporation hereby gives notice of the following:



In the evening hours of February 4, 2007, the Board of Directors of the
Corporation convened to discuss the Corporation's state of affairs as well as
its future plans.



The Board of Directors of the Corporation resolved to freeze the business
activity of the plastic division at the Corporation's plant in Migdal Haemek,
and also to examine the possibility of filing a motion for a stay of
proceedings.
