Mark Nicholls, who is aged 61, retired from the board of Kiotech International 
plc on 26 April 2010. He has been a director since 28 August 2007. 
Richard Edwards, chief executive of Kiotech International said: "We thank Mark for 
the major contribution he has made to the development of the Company and wish him 
well in his retirement"
