HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY

The Company was informed today by Mrs Joan Craddock that, as a result of estate planning, her holding of 254,865 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") has been transferred to her son and daughter, Mr John R Craddock & Mrs Julia M Ford. Following the transaction Mrs Craddock no longer has an interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was informed today by Mr John R Craddock that he is now the holder of 377,432 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.9% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
