    Resignation of Nominated Adviser

    Daniel Stewart & Company plc has resigned as Nominated Adviser to Landround plc, (AIM: LDR), with immediate effect. Pursuant to the AIM
Rules, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month the Exchange may cancel the admission of the Company securities.
 Accordingly the potential cancellation time and date is 7:00 am on Monday 29 December 2008.
