                              Changes to the Board

Crawley, UK, 15 November 2007; Macro 4 plc (LSE:MAO), the global provider of
leading software solutions, today announces the appointment of David Smyth to
the position of Group Finance Director with effect from 1 December 2007.

David Alastair Smyth BA Hons MBA FCMA joins the Group at an exciting time and
brings the energy and breadth of experience which will help the company define
and execute the next stage of its strategic growth.

From 1992 to 2003, David was responsible for many key areas at leading
telecommunications operator Orange, helping build the company from a start-up
project into an international company. Amongst other areas at Orange, David was
responsible for strategy and planning, commercial financial analysis and
Investor Relations.  In his latter position as Group Director of Investor and
Strategic Services (1996 to 2003), David managed the strategic planning process
across the Orange Group and built a highly successful Investor Relations
operation. He played a pivotal role in Orange's success by leveraging the unique
interaction between these areas.

Since 2003, David has been Chief Executive and CFO of The Diagnostic Clinic, one
of the most innovative and forward-looking health services companies in the UK.
He is also a Non-Executive Director at Golden Telecom, the $4bn NASDAQ listed
leading alternative telecoms company in Russia. He also sits on its Executive
Committee and chairs the Audit Committee.

At the same time, Macro 4 announces the departure of Graeme Gordon. Graeme held
the role of Group Finance Director and Company Secretary from November 2003 and
the Board would like to wish him well in his next endeavours.

Commenting on today's announcement, Ronnie Wilson, Chief Executive of Macro 4
