                           Directors' Share Dealings


Macro 4 plc (LSE: MAO) ("Macro 4" or the "Company") announces that it was
informed yesterday that Ronnie Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, and Laurent
Berns, Director of Field Operations have each bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 5
pence each at a price of 157.25p per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Wilson is the beneficial owner of 479,017
Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 2.16% of the Company's issued
share capital.

Following the above transaction, Mr. Berns is the beneficial owner of 20,000
Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued
share capital.

Macro 4 plc's current issued share capital with voting rights is 22,140,228
ordinary 5p shares.
