    Macro 4 plc ("Macro 4") has been notified today that the trustee of the Macro 4 Employee Benefit Trust has released today for nil
consideration in each case the following number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company in satisfaction of vested
awards under the Company's Executive Deferred Share Incentive Plan:
