Exercise of Options 
 
 
Metic Group Plc announces that options over ordinary shares of EUR0.0025 each in 
the share capital of the Company were exercised on 20 March 2009. 
Details of the options exercised are as follows:

Application has been made for 300,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.0025 each in the 
Company, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be 
admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on or about 27 March 
2009. 
For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total 
issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 55,578,284 ordinary 
shares of EUR0.0025 each with one voting right per share. There are no shares 
held in treasury. 
 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure
