The Company has today posted a circular to shareholders convening an
extraordinary general meeting to be held on 6 July 2007 at which resolutions
will be put to renew the Company's allotment authority and disapply pre-emption
rights for up to 10% of the company's existing share capital.

Copies of the above document have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
