Results of EGM

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting which was held today, we are
pleased to announce that the resolutions regarding the Board's authority to
allot shares and to disapply pre-emption rights were passed.

Under listing rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolutions has been submitted to the UK
