additional information to shareholders as a body to meet the relevant

This interim management statement relates to the period from 1 November 2007 to
31 January 2008, and contains information that covers this period, and up to

The Company invests in global companies, and seeks to generate long term
capital growth for its shareholders by investing in companies that have a
significant focus on alternative energy or energy technology. The Company is
managed by Robin Batchelor and Poppy Allonby of BlackRock Merrill Lynch
Investment Managers.
