Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (MBH) announces that Mr. George Zhao has resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect to pursue other career opportunities in the USA where his family are already located.

John Russell, Group Chief Executive of MBH, said: "George has made a significant contribution to the company and in particular in helping to develop the operating relationship with our Joint Venture partner Geely. We thank George for his support and wish him well for the future".

George Zhao was nominated to the Board by Geely and Geely will put forward a candidate to replace George Zhao in due course.
