Share Price Movement

The directors of the Company note the recent increase in the Company's share
price and confirm that they are not aware of any matters that require the
Company to make an announcement to the market at this stage.

As stated in the Company's admission document dated 20 April 2006 the Company
is continuing to market its "mDate" application as a business to business
mobile dating solution.
