Statement re suspension of the Company's quotation on the ASX 
 
 
 
Medic Vision announces that its quotation on the ASX has been suspended, pending 
the release of additional information and clarification regarding the Company's 
financial condition, particularly with regard, inter alia, to the status of the 
Further Capital Raise, detailed in the Company's announcement of 2 March 2009 
and in its Interim Results, also released on 2 March 2009. 
The board of Medic Vision is pleased to confirm that, even in the absence of the 
Further Capital Raise, the Company has sufficient working capital for at least 
the next twelve months, as the Further Capital Raise is required to fund the 
continuing roll out of the Company's skills training centres, the timetable of 
which is wholly within the Company's discretion. 
Accordingly, trading in the Company's securities on AIM will continue and a 
further announcement on the status of the Company's suspension of its quotation 
on the ASX will be made as and when appropriate. 
Defined terms in this announcement each have the same meaning as in the 
Company's announcement of 2 March 2009.
