Further update re capital raising and financial condition 
 
 
 
Medic Vision (ASX/AIM: MVH) announces an update on its capital raising and 
the Company's financial condition following its suspension from ASX official 
quotation on 4 March 2009. 
 
 
The suspension was imposed by the ASX, in accordance with listing rule 12.2, 
pending the release of additional information and clarification concerning the 
Company's financial condition, as reported in its half year financial statements 
to 31 December 2008. 
 
 
Medic Vision advises that it wishes to seek an extension of time to finalise the 
capital raising, in order to provide the necessary additional information 
required by the ASX to clarify the Company's financial condition and to achieve 
the reinstatement of the quotation of the Company's securities on the official 
list of the ASX. 
In making this request, the directors of Medic Vision are mindful of their 
obligation to ensure that the Company is in compliance with listing rule 3.1.
