                         Change in Interest in CopperCo



Mineral Securities Limited ("Minsec") has today filed an ASIC Form 604 with
CopperCo Limited ("CopperCo") confirming that following CopperCo's recent
placing and the resultant conversion of Minsec's Loan Notes in CopperCo,
Minsec's relevant interest in CopperCo is now 91,672,258 ordinary shares,
representing 19.12% of CopperCo's voting shares.  A copy of the Form may be
