                     BOARD APPOINTMENT & NOTICE OF RESULTS


The Board of Myhome, a leading provider of franchised service operations, is
delighted to announce the appointment of Neal Gossage, FCA, as Finance Director,
effective as of Monday 4th  February 2008.



Neal qualified at Price Waterhouse Coopers and has worked at number listed and
privately owned companies, in the role of Finance Director, most recently at
AIM-listed Education Development International plc.



Russell O'Connell, Executive Chairman noted: "Neal's experience of growth
companies and his track record as FD of both AIM and fully listed companies,
will significantly strengthen the Company's Board."



The Company's preliminary final results for the financial year to 30 September
2007 will be released on Monday 4th  February.

pursuant to schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
