The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report 
and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 together with the Notice of 
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and proxy form. 
The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, 1 St 
Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WA on 5 August 2009 at 10.00am.
