Director Shareholding and Option Agreement

NBA has today been notified of the following changes in interests in the
ordinary share capital of the company.

Tigerhawk Limited, a company controlled by Mr Richard Thompson, yesterday
acquired 220,000 ordinary 10p shares (3.6 per cent of the issued share capital)
at a price of 45.5 pence per share.

Mr David Ridley has disposed of his entire holding of 468,333 ordinary 10p
shares (7.8 per cent of the issued share capital).

The option agreement between Mr Robert Jervis and Mr David Ridley, announced on
8 May 2004, in respect of 666,667 ordinary 10p shares (11.0 per cent) has been
cancelled and Mr Robert Jervis has entered into a new agreement with Tigerhawk
Limited on similar terms with the options expiring in October 2007.

Mr Jervis holds a total of 1,620,993 ordinary shares (26.9 per cent).
