            2005/2006 offer for subscription (the '2005/2006 Offer')


The Directors of Noble VCT announce that due to an administrative error by the
Company's registrars an extra 10,199 A Ordinary Shares were listed pursuant to
the 2005/2006 Offer which closed on 5th April 2006.  These shares have now been
cancelled by way of a board resolution signed on 2 November 2006 and will be
removed from the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
