                     cScape wins major new charity contract

Netb2b2 PLC, ("Netb2b2" or "The Group") (AIM: NEB), the digital solutions group,
has secured a major new charity contract via cScape, its largest subsidiary.

cScape's mandate is to completely revamp the Royal National Institute of the
Blind's ("RNIB") online presence and eCommerce capabilities in a contract valued
at around #438,000.

The new RNIB site, which is expected to be launched in November, will cater
specifically for the online needs of the blind and partially sighted. cScape
will build the new site using the latest Microsoft technology, such as the
Office SharePoint Server 2007, the Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 and the
BizTalk Server 2006. The technology will enable the RNIB to manage content,
conduct eCommerce, run its own intranet for internal communications purposes and
allow users to conduct research using a bespoke portal.
