    ("Netstore" or "the Company")
Strong positive progress in development of new
    data storage facility

Netstore, a leading UK provider of IT managed services and IT security, today provides the following progress update on its new Tier 3
Data Hall based at their Technology Centre in Reading.

In November 2007, Netstore successfully raised £7 million of which a significant proportion was to be invested in a new state of the
art Data Centre - Data Hall B. On completion, the new facility will provide an extra 550 m2 capacity for managed services and co-location to
existing and new customers. Hall B, is currently on time and on budget and is due to open on 21 July 2008.

Netstore currently operates Data Hall A, a 500 m2 facility also located in the Technology Centre in Reading and currently utilises 150
racks of equipment. The additional data storage capacity of Data Hall B, is now being marketed to existing and potential new customers with
encouraging results. Netstore has also received a number of direct queries from potential customers, which further endorses management's
belief that demand for this class of facility would be strong.

Graham Kingsmill, Chief Executive Officer commented:
" The development of our new facility is a key part of the One Netstore investment programme. I am delighted with the progress that has
been made to ensure we're ready for business on time. We have seen a steady flow of business interest for the facility and feel confident
this venture will deliver substantial levels of recurring revenues."

Ian Cross, Chief Information Officer added:
" The investment in Data Hall B will allow us to increase capacity and continue to deliver the premium service level and security that
our customers demand. We have carefully designed our facility to appeal to customers looking for higher density, uptime and resilience. The
demand for this class of data centre is strong in our region and we're already talking to multiple customers who are looking to locate their
critical systems inside Netstore's new facility."

    About Hall B
Hall B comprises of 550 square metres of high specification space supplied by 2.5MVA of new power being installed on top of the 1mVA
currently in place. The new facility can also accommodate efficient water-cooled racks, required for high-density deployment of servers.
Over 200 racks can be housed and Netstore's plans include the sub-letting of approximately three-quarters of the space to third parties
providing additional short-term income on top of the traditional Managed Service business income.
