Acquisition of Noble Fund Managers Limited 
 
Amati Global Partners LLP, a new entity formed by Paul Jourdan and Douglas 
Lawson, who between them manage the investments of Noble AIM VCT plc on behalf 
of Noble Fund Managers Ltd, is pleased to announce the completion of the 
acquisition of Noble Fund Managers Ltd. 
 
Noble Fund Managers Ltd has been re-named Amati Global Investors Ltd. 
 
The funds under management consist of Noble AIM VCT plc and the CF Noble UK 
Smaller Companies Fund.  There will be no change to the day-to-day investment 
management arrangements of Noble AIM VCT plc resulting from this transaction. 
Both Paul Jourdan and Douglas Lawson see this as a very positive step, which re- 
emphasises a long term commitment to managing the affairs of Noble AIM VCT plc, 
as well as providing the opportunity to add scale and depth to Amati Global 
Investors Ltd in the future. 
 
The Board of Noble AIM VCT plc has expressed its full support for this 
transaction.  A letter outlining this transaction will be sent to shareholders 
of Noble AIM VCT plc shortly.
