Update re Recent Placings

North River Resources plc (AIM: NRRP), announces that, further to the announcement on 30 June 2014, the admission to trading of the 33,333,333 shares issued as part of the GBP200,000 placing will now occur on 16 July 2014, and that, further to the announcement on 4 July 2014, the admission to trading of the 270,588,464 shares issued as part of the first tranche of the US$12.0 million placing will now occur on 21 July 2014.
