Further re: Coal Leases

The Directors of Natasa announce that, further to the announcement made on 31 August 2011, in respect of the acquisition of six coal leases in Alberta, Canada, (the "Leases") the Company has been giving consideration to the most appropriate manner in which to develop these assets and accordingly, is now contemplating a listing on the main board of the London Stock Exchange (the "Listing") together with a concurrent fundraising, of its recently incorporated subsidiary, Alberta Coal Corporation ("ACC"), in which the Leases are now held.

Natasa expects to be a significant shareholder in ACC following the Listing.

A further announcement will be made in due course, providing full details of the Listing should its successful implementation be achieved.
