Natasa announces that on 17 April 2012 it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 96 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, Natasa holds 195,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 29,046,951 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
