("Natasa" or the "Company")

Technical Report on Alberta Assets

The Directors of Natasa are pleased to announce that the Company has received an updated Technical Report on the Company's 100 per cent. owned Fox Creek Coal Project in Alberta, Canada.

This report, entitled "Technical Report Fox Creek & Fox Creek West Coal Properties Alberta" and authored by T. Hannah, P.Geol. and Yulin Li, P.Geol.,(of Norwest Corporation) and dated September 10, 2013 (the "Technical Report"), has been prepared in order to meet the requirements of the Canadian National Instrument 43-101.

The Technical Report was commissioned by Natasa to take into account the additional coal bearing leases, granted by the Alberta Government to the Company, and located to the west of its existing Fox Creek Leases, as announced on 3 October 2012. The original leases were previously the subject of a technical report, also provided by Norwest Corporation, the results of which are included in the announcement dated 24 February 2012.

The updated in-place surface mineable coal resource figures, which cover an area under lease of 39,968 ha and total approx. 1.55 billion tonnes, are:

Competent person

Mr James Proc, P. Eng, Manager of Engineering of the Company's Alberta Coal project, has reviewed and approved the technical information contained in this announcement in his capacity as a qualified person under the AIM rules. Mr Proc graduated with a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Canadian Institute of Mining.
