                               BOARD APPOINTMENT

Further to the announcement released on 20 November 2007 as part of the
Company's preliminary results statement, NetServices plc (the "Company") (AIM:
NSV) the specialist provider of converged business communications announces that
with immediate effect Alan Jarvis has joined the Board as Chief Technical
Officer.

Alan Jarvis has extensive technical experience and know how from over 20 years
in the IT industry, most recently as chief information officer for Rotary
International and its Foundation in Chicago, USA.

There is nothing further to disclose under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
