                             Interests of Directors

The Board of Orientrose has been informed that Griffin Group plc ("Griffin") has
transferred part of its holding of warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares
of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to Vince Nicholls and Global
Investments Limited pursuant to the service arrangements in force in respect of
the services provided by Vince Nicholls and Stephen Dean as directors of
Griffin.

Accordingly, Vince Nicholls has an interest in 872,750 warrants at an exercise
price of 3.5p per Ordinary Share ("3.5p Warrants"), 275,000 warrants at an
exercise price of 4p per Ordinary Share ("4p Warrants") and 275,000 warrants at
an exercise price of 4.5p per Ordinary Share ("4.5p Warrants"). Global
Investments Limited, a company in which Stephen Dean owns a discretionary
interest, has an interest in 1,745,500 3.5p Warrants, 550,000 4p Warrants and
550,000 4.5p Warrants.
