              Platinum Diversified Mining Inc. ("PDM" or the "Company")

                      Delayed publication of final results

The Board of the Company announces that the Company's annual report and accounts
will not be posted to shareholders by 30 June 2007 as required by Rule 19 of the
AIM Rules. The reason for the delay in posting the accounts is that the Company
and its auditors, CLB Littlejohn Frazer, are conducting a review of the
Company's creditors as at 31 December 2007.

Shareholders are reminded that as a special purpose acquisition corporation the
Company has not traded in the period under review. The Directors expect that the
report and accounts will be posted by 13 July 2007.
