PILAT TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
GRANT OF OPTIONS

On 29 June 2005, the board of Pilat Technologies International Limited (the
"Company") approved the grant of options to David Sapiro, a director and Chief
Executive Officer, over 1,100,000 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each in the Company
(the "Options").

The options, which are all exerciseable between 1 April 2007 and 1 April 2011
(subject to Mr Sapiro's continued employment with Pilat or any of its
subsidiaries), may be exercised as follows:

(i)  500,000 options for a payment of 9 pence per share; and
(ii) 600,000 options for a payment of 9.5 pence per share.

The grant of the Options is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's
annual general meeting. On approval of the grant of Options, Mr Sapiro's
existing options over 1,500,000 shares in the Company at exercise prices of 9
pence, 15 pence and 20 pence will be cancelled.
